Services
Anderson Embroidery & Screen Printing provides custom embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, and related decorating services. All orders are subject to availability, artwork approval, and production scheduling.
Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for the period specified on the quote unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not considered approved for production until all required artwork, order details, garments (if customer supplied), and approvals have been received.
Production schedules and requested completion dates are estimates and may change based on order changes, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved, Anderson Embroidery & Screen Printing is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Colors
- Sizes
- Placement
- Quantities
- Customer-provided artwork errors
Additional charges may apply for changes requested after approval.
Customer-Supplied Items
While every effort is made to protect customer-supplied garments or products, Anderson Embroidery & Screen Printing cannot guarantee replacement of customer-supplied items damaged due to manufacturing defects, hidden flaws, or normal production risks.
Payments
Payment terms are determined at the time of order.
Orders may require a deposit or payment in full before production begins.
Completed orders must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Returns and Refunds
Because products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.
Returns or replacements will be considered only if an error was made by Anderson Embroidery & Screen Printing or if products are defective.
Claims regarding shortages or defects should be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they have permission to reproduce any logos, trademarks, artwork, or copyrighted material submitted for production.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Anderson Embroidery & Screen Printing harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
